片子对天性的解放不言而喻，压抑感扑面，挣扎又苦痛。从结尾主角对着空气挥剑来看，异装癖武士或许是他自我意识形态的具象人物，是他内心想要抛下规则，对不公挥刀相向的欲望。丛林中的狼，是他对自由意志的极度渴望。对于一直按耐性取向的他来说，整个故事就是他内心呐喊和抒发压力的一次心理过程
